Anti-snore splints
As well as custom-made mouthguards, we can also create custom-made splints for patients who regularly snore. Snoring occurs when the soft tissue at the rear of your throat vibrates. If you are breathing through your mouth in this position, your jaw can move backwards and partially block your airway, inducing the noises associated with snoring.
We can create you a custom-made splint that stops this blockage from occurring. In turn, this addresses the issue of snoring.
