The Essential Nature Of Routine Dental Check-Ups
Regularly visiting the dentist once or twice each year (depending on the condition of your mouth), is a significant preventive habit you can take to stop dental problems in the future. Even the smallest of problems can be detected during these check-ups; once diagnosed and addressed, in many cases it’s possible to avoid restorative treatment like fillings, crowns and even implants.
By the same token, if you do require treatment to stabilise the health of your teeth, you’re in the right place. Our clinical team works with some of the best materials available, and the digital workflow used at Bespoke Dental Fulham is designed to simplify the patients experience, reducing appointments, appointment time, and discomfort.

– Consultation Visit
If you have questions about your oral health and teeth, or you would like to discuss the possibility of having a particular treatment, a Consultation Visit is a great opportunity to do so. This is an opportunity to vocalise your questions and concerns to our experienced dentists, who are natural listeners. They will be fully transparent with you about the process involved and take digital photos of your smile and teeth.
A fully customised treatment plan can then be formulated, after which our Treatment Coordinator will discuss fees and finance options with you. Once you have approved your treatment plan, we can book you in for the next stage of your chosen treatment.
– New Patient Visit
Our new patient welcome is a valuable opportunity to get to know your medical history, oral health history, and the aspects of your smile you might want to improve. We love to work with people of all ages, all of whom we consider individuals, rather than simply “patients”, as it’s the beautiful differences and varying requirements that make our work so rewarding. Our end goal is to satisfy your needs, and to make sure you leave the practice feeling you have gained something from visiting us (even if it’s just for a routine appointment!).
You can expect the following from your initial appointment with us:
- A thorough examination.
- X-rays to determine the health of teeth and bone.
- Digital 3D scan of your teeth.
- Mouth cancer screening.
- The opportunity to vocalise any concerns about your smile you feel you would like to share (our clinical team are great listeners, and you will never be rushed).
- Your personal treatment consultant will then discuss fees and financial options with you. Once you have expressed that you are happy to proceed, we can schedule your treatment in at a convenient day and time that suit you.
- It may be convenient for you to have a routine cleaning on the same day as your consultation. We are very happy to do this for you should you wish.
By the time you have left the practice after your New Patient Appointment, we hope you will feel part of the Bespoke Dental Fulham Family of patients. Your dedicated Treatment Coordinator will know you by name as soon as you come in and see us for a second time, and answer any questions or concerns you have. We know that our patients appreciate that we take the time to get to know them, and to make them feel like they’re part of a friendly and welcoming community.
