Before your initial consultation with our head clinician, you will be greeted by a friendly face and our team will do our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Every patient who walks through our door has different dental needs and expectations from their treatment. Our expert dentists will discuss any concerns about your current dental health and any wishes you may have about enhancing your smile, comfort and function. Our aim is to ensure you are comfortable at all times.
An important part of this initial discussion is to learn about your past and recent dental experiences, whether negative or positive. our aim is to exceed your expectations, enhancing your positive experiences and build a rapport with you so that you feel relaxed in detailing the reasons for wanting dental treatment and the results you wish to achieve.

A consultation with us will include a thorough dental examination. In order to make an accurate diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan for you, the consultation with us will include inspection of your head, neck, facial structures, palpation of the lymph nodes, your temporomandibular joint (jaw joint or TMJ), oral cancer checks and examination of the health of your teeth and gums. During this consultation we will also take x-rays, a 3D scan of your teeth and detailed photographs of relevant teeth. Using the results of the diagnostic findings and your expressed concerns and goals, we will arrive at a diagnosis of your dental condition. We can then formulate treatment plans with appropriate options that will address all of your wants and needs and establish which treatments may be most suitable for you to achieve the smile you’re looking for.

Following your initial consultation, a comprehensive report and treatment plan will be emailed to you describing all your treatment options and estimated costs.
