Bespoke Dental Fulham is the brainchild of Clinical Director and Practice Owner Dr Michalitsa ‘Millie’ Argyriadou. Dr Millie set out to create the finest dental environment that patients would trust, genuinely want to spend time in, and where they could feel that they were being looked after by a clinical team of specialist registered dentists and consultants with excellent credentials and broad experience in all fields of dentistry. Dr Millie will always emit genuine passion, enthusiasm and expertise when she spends time helping her patients to find their confidence again, whether this is through tailored dental or facial rejuvenation treatment.
This vision has indeed come to life. A Specialist Dental and Facial Aesthetic practice, Bespoke Dental Fulham offers everything from cosmetic dental treatments, dental implants and family dentistry to a full range of specialist dental services, such as prosthodontics and management of worn dentition, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, oral medicine and paediatric dentistry under one roof.
Dr Millie’s clinical staff have been selected for their advanced qualifications and experience. She believes in a holistic and joined-up approach to dental treatment, and in the care of the individual, as opposed to ‘the patient’. She ensures that she not only meets but exceeds the expectations of patients. Dr Millie has more than 20 years of experience and strives to provide tailored care, as well as an unparalleled standard of customer service.
Dr Millie has successfully completed the prestigious degree of Master of Science in Conservative Dentistry and the Master of Science in Endodontics at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, she is one of London’s leading cosmetic dentists and an Elite Invisalign provider. Here in Bespoke Dental Fulham, each member of our team is committed to achieving the highest standards. All our professors, consultants and specialist registered dentists are accredited with the General Dental Council and have been through rigorous training in the Top UK hospitals. All our consultants are involved in research, training and teaching future professionals in the industry. We use only the latest equipment to ensure the highest quality and precision in a calm, caring and very personal environment.
Dr Millie has spent her entire life immersed in caring for dental patients. She grew up in Patra, Greece, where her mother is a general dentist. Her sister is a Specialist Dentist and her brother-in-law is the Director of the renown UCL Eastman Dental Institute and professor of oral medicine. Millie represents the fourth generation of dental professionals in her family. She is extremely proud of her heritage and her family’s reputation as leaders in the field of dentistry.

Dr Millie and her team are also experienced in non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatments. Their ‘less is more’ approach to each individual case results in natural-looking outcomes which work to enhance patients’ skin quality and features. As a responsible facial aesthetic practitioner, Dr Millie believes that embellishment is more transformative than alteration when it comes to skincare, and recommends treatment to patients looking for a natural-looking, and less invasive alternative to surgery.
We are delighted to welcome new referrals to our practice, from both patients and professional colleagues. Our U.K-qualified and registered multi-disciplinary Specialist team offers care for even the most complex cases, involving dental implants, Invisalign, restoration of weakened and broken-down dentition, gum disease treatment, root canal treatment, paediatric dentistry treatments and oral surgery procedures including complex extractions of teeth, wisdom teeth extraction and bone augmentation for dental implantology.
