What are the benefits of Invisalign® over metal braces?
– Flexibility During Treatment –
Invisalign® is one of (if not the most) flexible teeth straightening systems, as you will be able to remove your aligners for up to 2 hours each day. During this window, you can brush normally and eat normally, without compromising your teeth straightening journey. This is unlike metal braces, which stay fixed in your mouth, right up until your treatment is completed.
– Comfort –
Unlike fixed metal braces, Invisalign® aligners are smooth and specially moulded to fit the grooves and curves in your teeth. They’re incredibly easy to get used to and you will easily find you forget you even have your Invisalign® aligners in, acclimatising to them within a matter of days.
– Safety –
One of the risks with wearing traditional braces is if they become damaged due to a knock to the face or from eating a tough or chewy piece of food, the wires can break and scrape your soft tissues. Invisalign® is soft plastic and therefore does not carry this risk.

- Check-up appointments every 4 weeks to monitor your progress.
- Free teeth whitening at the end of your Invisalign® treatment.
- A retainer to wear post-treatment, preventing your teeth from moving back out of their new position.
